Lyrics Quiz: Actors

Lyrics quiz. Songs that mention actors in passing (so no "Robert DeNiro's Waiting", "Bela Lugosi's Dead", "Monty Got A Raw Deal", "Bette Davis Eyes", "Lee Remick", "John Wayne Is Big Leggy", "Ballad Of Me And Shirley MacLaine"...)

  1. "You make the sun shine brighter than Doris Day."
  2. "You talk like Marlene Dietrich, and you dance like Zizi Jeanmaire."
  3. "She looks like Eve Marie Saint in 'On The Waterfront'."
  4. "His hair is white but he looks half his age. He looks like Jimmy Stewart in his younger days."
  5. "And when you kissed Robert Mitchum, gee, but I thought you'd never catch him."
  6. "Cinderella, she seems so easy. 'It takes one to know one,' she smiles, and puts her hands in her back pockets, Bette Davis style."
  7. "I saw you talkin' to Christopher Walken on my TV screen."
  8. "Still looking for that blue jean, baby queen. Prettiest girl I ever seen. See her shake on the movie screen, Jimmy Dean."

While preparing this quiz, I came across a web site that details all the lines Bob Dylan "borrowed" from the movies. (So there's a clue for one of the quotes.) From this I learned that "Quinn The Eskimo" is a reference to Anthony Quinn in "The Savage Innocents".
